3D simulation training and tracking prediction of football players based on V/AR technology
With the rapid development of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies, their application scope in sports training has been continuously expanded. This paper aims to explore the potential of VR/AR technology in football training, focusing on how it can improve players' skills and tactical understanding through 3D simulation training systems. In terms of background, VR/AR technology uses high-precision motion sensors and immersive display technology to bring unprecedented training experience to football players. This paper summarizes the basic principles of VR/AR technology and its rise in the field of sports, analyzes the construction of 3D simulation training scenes, personalized training and instant feedback mechanisms, and improves team collaboration through tactical simulation exercises. It uses tracking and prediction algorithms to analyze player behavior patterns to provide support for tactical decision-making. This study not only demonstrates the innovative application of VR/AR technology in football training, but also emphasizes its importance in improving training efficiency, optimizing tactical layout, and promoting player skill development.
