Revolutionizing Adolescent Health: Harnessing Artificial Intelligence for Physical Literacy Enhancement
The study has introduced a novel use of artificial intelligence (AI) for improving physical literacy (PL) among adolescents. It insists on a person's holistic health concept: physical, mental, and cognitive development. The given study underlines the determining role of PL in motivation for active participation in PA and the adoption of healthy behavior in view of the dynamic lifestyle. The ability of AI to transform physical education, scientific assessment, and health management. It has been done to ensure adapted support, immediate answers, and data analysis that will be useful in helping adolescents during the learning processes. Three major ethical challenges developed by AI and discussed in this paper are algorithmic bias, privacy and data protection issues, and equity in access to technology. We advocate for carefully planned, comprehensive strategies, including proactive steps, to prevent and mitigate the inherent risks of AI in adolescent health.
