Research on height measurement and estimation technology of two coordinate air traffic control radar
Air traffic control two coordinate radar usually adopts high and low beam design. In this paper, the amplitude and phase information of the same target obtained from different beams are used to propose a method of obtaining the target elevation angle by integrating amplitude and phase sensitivity information, and using secondary information for error correction. This method has been verified by simulation of measured data and can obtain high-precision target height values, which is of great significance for mining the target detection capability of two coordinate radar.
