Simulation analysis of abnormal dynamic loads in the rigid flexible coupling system of scraper conveyor
The working environment of scraper conveyor in coal mines is extremely harsh, and the randomness of the load caused by coal falling leads to abnormal loads. In response to the impact of abnormal loads on chain wheels and chains caused by scraper conveyor, a rigid flexible coupling model was established for analysis and the feasibility of the rigid flexible coupling model simulation analysis was verified. Based on the rigid flexible coupling model, abnormal dynamic loads were simulated using ADAMS simulation software. When dynamic pulse loads occur, the torque of the tail sprocket is large. After the load lasts for a period of time, the torque of the machine head is large, and the tension of the chain near the machine head is high. The tension of the chain near the machine tail is low, and the distribution of chain tension is uneven. This simulation provides reference for the matching problem of transmission devices such as dual drive motors and the problem of average tension value. At the moment of dynamic impact load, the sprocket experiences maximum stress in the bending section of the chain, and local structural optimization design should be carried out.
