A lavagem de capitais na perspectiva internacional

The main aim of this paper is to analyze the crimes that prohibit money laundering in Argentina, Spain and Germany. To this purpose, firstly, the central coincidences and differences in the criminal regulations in these countries are identified and exposed. Secondly, based on these results, a critical analysis is made of its structure, scope and, especially, the legitimacy of its criminalization. To this end, it is particularly important to study the legal asset protected by the criminal types of asset laundering, the typical verbs and their delimitation in relation to the criminal types of receiving and actual favoring. The work seeks to contribute to the understanding and critical study of global or at least transnational phenomena, which clearly share numerous common characteristics and which may be useful for the study of asset laundering in Brazil.
