Digital simulation of measurement and control power functional units based on Modelica

Aiming at the high cost of performance testing and verification of traditional measurement and control equipment, which leads to the long development cycle and low development efficiency of measurement and control systems, this study investigates the modeling method of measurement and control systems based on digitalization. Aiming at the power function unit, which is commonly used in various measurement and control systems, this paper analyzes its interface, function, performance demand model, and fault behavior model, and then constructs its digital model based on Modelica modeling language. Two simulation experiments verify that the power functional unit constructed in this paper can realize the digital simulation of different kinds of power supplies by adjusting the output waveforms and parameters, and the external control signals can control its on-off behavior. In addition, the experiment verifies the over-current and over-voltage protection capability of the power functional unit. Based on this work, it can provide basic functional module support for the digital modeling of measurement and control systems and improve the design and verification efficiency of measurement and control systems.
