Abstract

Based on computer and wireless communication technology, direct interaction with devices is time-consuming and limited by the physical location of the devices. The development of a high-precision remote calibration system for DC voltage sources proposed by the system. Traditional calibration methods typically require modern computer technology to control the calibration process and remotely monitor the voltage output of the power supply through wireless communication. By integrating precise measurement tools and advanced communication protocols, the system ensures precise calibration with minimal human intervention through experimental testing. The design of the system and the methods used for remote calibration are introduced to enable evaluation. The results indicate that remote calibration has achieved high precision and efficiency, making it a promising solution for real-time and large-scale applications in various industrial systems. This study lays the foundation for future innovation in remote calibration technology, providing higher accuracy, reliability, and convenience for module calibration tasks.
