Machine vision-based automatic mounting machine alignment and mounting method
The traditional nine-point calibration method in automatic positioning for lamination is cumbersome and prone to conversion errors, affecting accuracy. This paper proposes a method that calculates deviations in the image coordinate system and converts them into mechanical coordinates, eliminating the need for nine-point calibration and achieving high mounting accuracy. Test results show that this vision system achieves over 98% mounting success, meeting production requirements and significantly advancing automatic mounting technology, with broad industry applications.
