Analysis of the Impact of Software Defined Networking on QoS of E-commerce Platforms
The paper mainly explores the potential application of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technology in optimizing Quality of Service (QoS) on e-commerce platforms, in response to the increasingly severe network latency, uneven resource allocation, and security challenges faced by e-commerce platforms. By constructing an intelligent algorithm model based on SDN, including three core components of dynamic routing, resource allocation, and security policy optimization, this study aims to significantly improve the network performance of e-commerce platforms. The paper first analyzes the key indicators of QoS for e-commerce platforms and the core advantages of SDN technology, and then designs a targeted algorithm model. Subsequently, with the help of building an experimental platform that simulates the network environment of e-commerce platforms and importing real business traffic and security event datasets, the algorithm model was comprehensively tested and validated in the paper. The results indicate that the algorithm model in SDN environment exhibits significant advantages in multiple aspects. Its response time is significantly shortened, throughput is greatly improved, resource utilization is more efficient, and security performance is significantly enhanced. These improvements directly enhance the QoS of e-commerce platforms, providing users with a smoother, safer, and more reliable shopping experience.
