Stress Assessment Using Phase Space Trajectory Analysis of ECG Signals in Patients with Hypersensitivity
Currently, according to WHO, there is an increase in psycho-emotional activity among the population, which leads to an increase in the frequency and level of stress, depression and anxiety disorders against the background of hypersensitivity to constant stimulus. Identification of stressful situations and the operational level of stress plays a key role in the early identification of psycho-emotional and connecting factors and allows us to formulate the rehabilitation phase of patients with hypersensitivity. The article presents the results of digital processing of electrocario signals by differentiating and forming phase portraits from the resulting phase trajectories, the shape of which reflects the heart's reaction to a stressful state and visualizes the electrical activity of the heart. Under stress, there is a significant increase in the diameter of the enclosed space, which can reach 2142 conventional units, which significantly exceeds the normal sinus rhythm (303.94 conventional units). The purpose of the work is to study the possibilities of using cardiac indicators in rehabilitation systems for patients with hypersensitivity to reliably assess their effectiveness.
