Enhanced Application for the Measurement of Mental Health Issues among Students
The increased occurrence of mental health issues highlights the necessity of easily available assistance. The proposed work mainly emphasizes the solution to the mental health issues faced by students via its user-centric platform and the early intervention method. The user-centric platform developed for the solution is named as SerenitySync. It provides customized resources, such as thought-provoking essays and guided meditation, to meet a range of needs. The objectives of SerenitySync are to promote long-term resilience, lessen immediate consequences, and support both individual mental health services and well-being. In this chapter the main focus is on identification and assessment of mental health problems among students using the user centred methodology. Experiments have been carried out on the sample data collected from real time users. The results focussed on the interventions and also helpful for understanding mental health issues.
