Development of a Semi-Automated Albizia Amara Leaf Powder Maker for Enhanced Efficiency in Herbal Healthcare Production
The Albizia Amara powder maker project seeks to transform the manner in which Albizia Amara leaves that are essential in the management of skin diseases are processed. The commonly used manual techniques are time consuming and their results are not very accurate. To overcome these problems, this semi-automated machine with sensor and control system offers following solutions Auto shut off of machine and protective guards to secure the operator. The assessments made within the project show optimization of the processing speed, less work load and higher output. Apart from demonstrating how Albizia Amara leaf processing can best be done this measure also makes it easy to show how automation can add value to the herbal sector, and in the process boost the manufacturing of healthcare products for producers and consumers.
