A Study on the Formational Processes of the Valley Networks Present Within a Degraded Crater in the Thaumasia Highland Regions, Mars

The origin of the Martian valley networks has been a longstanding subject of debate. This study tries to understand the valley formational process in the Thaumasia highland area based on morphometric analysis. Our preliminary finding suggests that valley networks in this area were formed predominantly by the surface runoff process.
