Mm-Wave Sensing System Using Integrated CMOS Pulse Transceiver with On-Chip Dipole Antennas
This work presents a novel mm-wave sensing system featuring an integrated CMOS transceiver with on-chip dipole antennas. This manuscript describes the design and implementation of a mm-wave sensing system using separated transmitter (Tx) and receiver (Rx) chiplets, both fabricated in 180 nm CMOS technology and integrated into a single package. The system's performance is evaluated through measurements conducted in an anechoic chamber with X-Y motorized stage and automate controlling software.
