Determining Strong Connectivity Method of Periodic Fuzzy Graph for Decision Analysis in Emergency Situations

This paper considers the problem of analysing the evacuation territory in the case where the model of this territory can be represented by a periodic fuzzy graph. For this purpose, the paper introduces the concept of a fuzzy set of strong connectivity of a periodic fuzzy graph, that is, a graph in which elements (vertices) are in fuzzy relationships. Moreover, these relations change in discrete time and have the property of periodicity. We propose a method for finding a strongly connected fuzzy set. An example of finding it is considered. A strongly connected fuzzy set can serve as a basis for choosing a movement strategy during evacuation, when the territory model is represented by a periodic fuzzy graph.
