Organization of a Digital Twin System Based on the Subsystem of Vibration Diagnostics of Cutting Processes in Metal Cutting Machines Using MEMS Measurement Technology

The article discusses issues related to the formation of the structure of the vibration diagnostics system, which could serve as a measuring subsystem for the digital twin of machining processes on metal-cutting machines. The article proposes the basis of this system, consisting of vibration sensors based on MEMS, as well as possible schemes for implementing such a system in the context of metal turning on metal-cutting machines with a revolver head. In terms of the software content of the digital twin system, the issue of neural network search for parameters of virtual models of the digital twin is being considered. Based on this approach, parametric identification of mathematical models is carried out, which are used to evaluate the current output values of the vibration monitoring system and the calculated (target) values of the quality indicators of the cutting process.
