Text2Image: Generating Visuals from Words using Deep Learning
Transforming text into images represents a major leap in technology, unlocking new possibilities in sectors like design, marketing, and education. While models such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Diffusion Models have shown progress, they still face difficulties in generating diverse and accurate visual content. This project explores the use of deep learning to develop a system that converts textual descriptions into visuals, focusing on GANs and Diffusion Models. By training the models on large datasets containing paired text and images, we aim to enhance their ability to interpret text and generate high-quality visuals. Preliminary results suggest that the models produce visually appealing images that generally match the input text, though precision in fine details remains a challenge. This project demonstrates the potential of deep learning to bridge the gap between text and image generation, offering valuable applications in various industries.
