The Phenomenon of Digital Mediation: The Perceptual Landscape Mediated by the Writer's Digital Twin
The paper presents a consideration of the use of the “digital twin” technology in philological research discourse. The integration of the digital twin concept into the problematics of linguistic personality studies allows us to observe the semantic-functional distribution of the latter in the communicative binomial “real reality - virtual reality”. The digital twin assumes the mission of a technological mediator, thus establishing and controlling the relationship between language, meaning and structures of experience. The ongoing research actualizes the issues of communicative and speech quality of digital functional models, their style identity to the object of digital modeling, which is considered to be the writer's individual-author's writing or the embodied hermeneutic writer's technique.
