Semiótica do discurso didático em Direito: a prática pedagógica, a palavra e o espaço didático
This article develops, from the perspective of French Semiotics, an analysis of the didactic discourse in Law (Ddid). It is studied as a complementary discourse subordinated to the scientific discourse (Dc), fulfilling, however, a specific function, which implies (i) approximation, (ii) desocultation, (iii) decryption and (iv) diffusion of legal knowledge. The word is at the center of didactic practice in Law and, through the didactic contract, generates the possibility of competency of the students. The article is also dedicated to understanding the Ddid in the specific case of the Law class in the Faculty of Law of the Largo de São Francisco (São Paulo, Brazil). Regarding this experience the perception is reached that the teaching ritual is coupled to the ritual of justice.
