The study tested a set of hypotheses with the help of SEM modeling using the SmartPLS PLS4.0 version. Therefore, the results revealed that certain dimensions of spirituality and religiosity affect employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for banking employees, The study suggested some strategies to enhance employee motivation and employee performance through spiritual and religious practices by mediating the effect of Employee Engagement.
