Regulation of Flow Field Chaos Fractal Dimension and Control: From the Perspective of Top Negative Pressures
ABSTRACT The internal flow of the multiorifice jet impact reactor is highly complex. This study used CFD simulations and chaotic fractal theory to analyze the jet impact process and flow field distribution under vacuum regulation. The key findings are that the flow field exhibits chaotic fractal characteristics, which are significantly influenced by the top vacuum value. As the top vacuum increases from −10 000 to −20 000 Pa, chaotic fractals are suppressed. RSM analysis revealed significant interaction effects between the top vacuum and the Z‐plane on fractal dimensions, with an extremum between −10 000 and −15 000 Pa. These insights can guide the optimization of reactor design and operating conditions.
