Are Learners More Satisfied with MOOC Courses Than Self-Paced Courses? - A Study of Learners' Online Learning Satisfaction in China Online Courses
With the rapid development of digital technology, online education has ushered in vigorous development. However, the study of learners' emotional attitudes towards government-led MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) courses and we-media courses is insufficient. First, randomly crawl 27 online course reviews to dig text themes; Secondly, the training emotion analysis model combined with emotion polarity analysis to discuss the satisfaction of the course. The results show that learners have higher satisfaction with government-led MOOC courses than we-media courses; Finally, the reasons are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward. The research improves the accuracy of the results through deep learning technology and provides a reference for educators to use online learning platforms.
