Research on Teachers' Behavior Strategy of Curriculum Digital Resources Construction under the Digital Transformation of Education—Based on Evolutionary Game Model

Under the wave of educational digital transformation, the rapid iteration of educational technology, new teaching methods and tools are constantly being applied, which changes the traditional teaching mode and brings new opportunities and challenges to curriculum digital resource construction. Teachers play an important role in curriculum digital resource construction, and their choice of behavioral strategies directly determines the quality and application effect of curriculum digital resource construction. To explore the mechanism of teachers' behavioral strategies for curriculum digital resource construction under the digital transformation, this paper develops an evolutionary game model, taking into account the behaviors of both schools and teachers. By building the payoff matrix, calculating the replicator dynamic equation, and analyzing the stable equilibrium strategy, the simulation model is established. The research reveals that the probability of teachers adopting positive strategies does not rise with the amount of school incentives. The greater the benefit of schools promoting education digitization and curriculum digital resources construction, the higher the probability of schools adopting positive strategies. With the increase in hardware and software infrastructure investment cost and teacher training cost, the probability of schools adopting an active curriculum digital resource construction strategy will decrease, and they are more inclined to adopt the negative strategy. When teachers actively participate in the construction of curriculum digital resources, the benefit is high, or the loss is relatively large, teachers will be more inclined to take positive strategies to participate in the construction of curriculum digital resources. This study provides a profitable reference for promoting teachers' active participation in curriculum digitization construction.
