Evaluation and Promotion of Teachers' Digital Literacy Based on Data Analysis

In order to understand the evaluation of teachers' digital literacy based on data analysis, a research on the evaluation and promotion of teachers' digital literacy based on data analysis is put forward. First of all, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of teachers' data literacy, using the methods of literature analysis, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, analyzes the components of teachers' data literacy and their abilities, and designs an evaluation index set, including 4 primary indicators of data knowledge, data skills, teaching application, consciousness and morality, 10 secondary indicators of data acquisition and data management, and 27 tertiary indicators involving specific abilities. Secondly, 10 experts participated in the revision of the index system, and calculated the weights of the index items based on experts' scores, forming a complete evaluation index system of teachers' data literacy. Finally, it is verified that it is scientific and reliable, and the evaluation index system can be used as a reference measurement tool to evaluate the development level of university teachers' data literacy.
