Appreciative Inquiry in Practice: Building Inclusive Cultures and Anti-Fragile Capacity in Biotechnology Organizations
This article explores the implementation of Appreciative Inquiry through organizational inclusion initiatives in two biomedical research companies. The result was transformative, creating normative inclusion and ‘antifragility’ among participants, with benefits extending beyond organizational boundaries as individuals carried these capabilities into new contexts.
