Principles of EdTech Development in the Conditions of Digitalization

The article considers and analyses the trends in the development of EdTech in the context of the information society. The study involved conducting a sociological survey of higher education professionals on several topical issues in two areas: the level of satisfaction with educational products of consumers of educational services in Western Ukraine and the level of satisfaction with the indicators of infrastructure development. The survey also indicated a minimal utilization of intelligent technologies in education, suggesting that this could be an area for potential future growth and advancement.
