Research on Acoustic Energy Power Generation System Based on Dual Cavity Structure Helmholtz Resonator and Modified Piezoelectric Ceramics
Noise pollution and the associated energy utilization issues are becoming increasingly severe, making it urgent to convert noise energy into usable energy to address pollution problems. This paper proposes an improved acoustic energy power generation system, which is based on the fundamental Helmholtz resonator and piezoelectric ceramics and enhanced through simulation and optimization. The optimal dimensions of the materials for amplifying acoustic and converting it into electricity under certain conditions are determined. Experimental testing and performance evaluation based on these dimensions demonstrate that the system can generate a voltage of 0.104 V at 140 dB (SPL) acoustic input, with an output power of 10.81 μW. Scaling up such systems can significantly improve energy conversion effectiveness and proposes the idea and prospect of storing the generated electrical energy in capacitors, providing ideas for future micro energy storage.
