Reference voltage vector phase angle triggered three-level permanent magnet synchronous motor system model predictive flux control
Abstract Aiming at the pros and cons of the two methods of dual-vector model predictive flux control (MPFC) and duty cycle MPFC for three-level permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system, combining the voltage vector tracking characteristics of these two control methods, a MPFC method triggered by the reference voltage vector position judgment is proposed. When the reference voltage vector is in the divided small vector partition, the duty cycle MPFC is used to reduce the algorithm operations; when the reference voltage vector is in the divided large vector partition, the dual-vector MPFC is used to improve the system accuracy. By combining the advantages of the two control methods, the system performance is improved. Finally, considering the sign of the inverter midpoint voltage and motor stator current at the current moment, the midpoint potential is balanced without weights by combining the influence of positive and negative redundant small vectors on the fluctuation of the midpoint voltage of the inverter. Simulation results show that the method proposed not only obtains a dynamic response time similar to that of the duty cycle MPFC, but also effectively improves the system control performance with the introduction of the phase angle judgment method.
