DIVERSIFICATION OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY AND INDUSTRIES IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION

The article describes the strategy of diversification and the process of globalization of the tourism industry and economic relations and the conditions for economic diversification, the stages of the cluster strategy. The concept of the main importance of diversification and modern methods of assessing the level of diversification, stages of types of diversification and development of Kazakhstan in various spheres are considered. First of all, if we associate the process of diversification with new technologies, then issues concerning both markets and industries that still have no ties with companies should be new and better unique, both products and services produced thanks to new financial investments. The article also focuses on the diversification of the tourist product. In addition, issues related to the development of the main directions of digital transformation of the tourism industry were touched upon.
