METHODOLOGY OF ANALYSIS OF FACTORS OF FORMATION OF THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN (ON THE EXAMPLE OF VITEBSK REGION)

A methodology for analyzing the factors of forming a regional supply chain management system has been developed and tested using the example of the Vitebsk region. The novelty of the methodology lies in identifying key factors adapted to regional supply chains (economic development, supply of logistics resources, supply and demand in the logistics services market, the level of logistics informatization, the environmental component) and the corresponding indicators, followed by an analysis of their change trends, allowing to identify the rating of the Vitebsk region among other regions of the country, strengths and weaknesses and reserves for territorial growth, which are the basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at forming an effective system for managing regional supply chains in the Vitebsk region.
