CIVIL LAW FORMS, WAYS AND MEANS OF PROTECTINGTHE SUBJECTS' RIGHTS TO INFORMATION

The article considers certain elements of the mechanism of protection of civil rights to information, its forms, ways and means. The order of civil law protection of the right to information is defined, including the analysis of the judicial order of protection. Based on the study of available theoretical studies of relevant problems, as well as approaches of domestic and foreign civilists, the classification of ways of protection of civil rights to information is proposed. In the process of comprehension of the means of protection of the named rights, proposals for the development and systematization of digital means of self-protection are made.
