Palpebral Bowen’s disease: a report of two cases successfully treated with photodynamic therapy
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been shown to be a safe and highly effective treatment for Bowen's disease. We report two cases of patients with palpebral Bowen's disease successfully treated with PDT. Although surgery remains the preferred treatment for challenging sites such as the periocular area, PDT in select cases may represent a good therapeutic option.
