MEDIA AJAR PEMBELAJARAN DARING ASINKRONUS BAHASA INDONESIA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PRAKTIK KERJA LAPANGAN DI SMK PGRI 1 GRESIK

The development of this teaching media was motivated by the challenges of Field Work Practice (PKL) students who had difficulty accessing materials and following conventional learning because they were in different work practice locations. Asynchronous online learning media was applied so that students could still learn Indonesian independently outside the field work practice schedule. The development used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to develop online learning media for Indonesian for the Odd Semester. Needs analysis showed the importance of learning flexibility for PKL students. Digital-based media was developed using platforms such as Canva and WhatsApp groups for collaboration and discussion. The product was tested by content, media, and design experts, and tested on 84 grade XI students of SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. Development instruments included media feasibility, trials, and student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. The teaching media was considered very good in terms of completeness, suitability, and accuracy of the material, as well as attractive visual design, but required revisions to the words, layout, and layout to make it more comfortable. Individual trials showed an increase in the average score from 66.67 to 85, with student satisfaction of 93%. In small group trials, the average score increased from 38.33 to 75, with a similar level of satisfaction. Field trials on 84 students showed that only 11% completed all activities, but the average score increased from 73.33 to 88.79, proving the effectiveness of the media in improving student understanding. The appeal of the product was considered quite good: 68% of students understood the material, 77% found connections between topics, and 66% were interested in studying the material. However, aspects of clarity of objectives, student interaction, and material delivery structure need to be improved to overcome boredom, motivate discussion, and create a more effective learning experience. This development concludes that asynchronous online learning media based on technology is an effective innovation in improving the quality of Indonesian language learning for PKL students. This method offers an adaptive and flexible solution that is relevant to support the learning of PKL students at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik.
