Optimizing Outcomes in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy: An Analysis of Complications, Management Techniques, and Lessons Learned From Our Clinical Experience
The findings of this study support the effectiveness and safety of laparoscopic hysterectomy as a surgical option for women with gynecological conditions. Despite some patients requiring extended hospitalization, the overall hospital stay and complication rates were low, reinforcing the viability of laparoscopic techniques in clinical practice. Future research should focus on larger, prospective, or randomized multicenter studies with extended follow-up periods to validate these results and assess long-term outcomes of laparoscopic hysterectomy.
