Counteracting Illicit Actions Related to Criminal Acquisition of Property (Raiding): Perspective on the Issue

The article examines the current problem of the Kazakh society related to raiding. The author emphasizes the societal danger and relevance of the threat posed to the economic security of the state. It is highlighted that there is an urgent need for measures to identify and curb the activities of criminal organizations specializing in the appropriation of businesses and the commission of similar criminal offenses. Attention is drawn to the lack of sufficient scientific developments and sound recommendations in Kazakhstan regarding the disclosure and investigation of cases involving the illegal acquisition of businesses. Comparative legal and aspect analysis methods were employed in the study, allowing for the identification of the essence and content of raiding. Us-ing the method of amplification, this study was filled with new information from various sources. In conclusion, the author advocates for an interdisciplinary approach to the study of raiding issues, underscoring the critical necessity for the development of evidence based tools and methods for the disclosure and investigation of this type of criminal offenses.
