Advanced Technique for Intuitionistic Fuzzy MAGDM and Applications to Park Landscape Planning and Design Schemes Evaluation
The park landscape planning and design schemes evaluation from the perspective of regional culture poses a significant challenge in Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM). To address such challenges, the CoCoSo technique and Dice Similarity Measure (DSM) have been proposed as effective methods. Additionally, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (IFSs) have been introduced to represent and handle fuzzy information in the evaluation process. In this study, we propose a novel approach called Intuitionistic Fuzzy CoCoSo integrated with the DSM technique (IF-DSM-CoCoSo) to tackle MAGDM problems involving IFSs. By combining CoCoSo and DSM within the IFS framework, the IF-DSM-CoCoSo model provides a robust and comprehensive solution for complex decision-making scenarios. To demonstrate its effectiveness, we conduct a numerical study focused on evaluating park landscape planning and design schemes from the perspective of regional culture. This application highlights the model's ability to address fuzzy and uncertain information while ensuring accurate evaluations.
