Experience in the Development and Implementation of the Bachelor’s Degree Educational Program “Business Management” at the Presidential Academy

The article examines modern approaches to the development and implementation of the educational program in the field of 38.03.02 “Management”. It emphasizes the role of higher education institutions in cultivating key competencies, skills, and abilities among future managers, particularly in fostering readiness for entrepreneur-ial activities. An example of successful practice is given through the educational program “Business Manage-ment” developed by the Institute of Industry Management at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The author discusses a theoretical and practical approach to the formation of the educational program, which integrates both theoretical knowledge and practical training for students in preparation for entrepreneurial endeavors. Additionally, the article outlines the essential components that con-tribute to the readiness for such activities. The work presents an original approach to the development and im-plementation of the bachelor’s degree educational program in the field of study 38.03.02 “Management”, high-lighting the key elements that create the pedagogical design of the program.
