Mixed convective hydromagnetic unsteady Casson hybrid nanofluid flow analysis and entropy optimization over an inclined surface with viscous dissipation

The present research imparts entropy optimization on the time-dependent Casson hybrid nanofluid two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic incompressible flow under the effect of viscous dissipation, and mixed convection. Through appropriate similarity transformations, the governing partial differential equations are converted into a system of non-linear ordinary differential equations, which are then solved numerically by applying the Spectral quasi-linearization method. The influence of relevant flow parameters like Prandtl number, magnetic field parameter, Casson parameter, Grashof number, Prandtl number, and Brinkman number on velocity layouts, temperature layouts, and entropy optimization is portrayed through assorted graphs. Moreover, in each graph, we have considered both the steady and unsteady flow cases. The Casson parameter reduces thermal layout in both steady and unsteady cases, as shown graphically. The Casson parameter also reduces entropy generation close to the sheet. It has been noticed that the velocity profile decreases with the Grashof number, Prandtl number, and magnetic parameter for both steady and unsteady flow. In contrast, the magnetic parameter has a propensity to enhance the thermal layouts for both steady and unsteady flow. Additionally, it has been noted that as the Brinkman number increases, so does entropy generation. Moreover, current results have been compared with two already published results and a good agreement has been obtained.
