Key PSF analysis of power grid dispatching automation based on improved PEM
Based on the gathered data, this paper employs the refined PEM method, integrates the significance and implementation level of PSF, and effectively identifies key PSF such as "dispatcher training mechanism" and "team information sharing mechanism." Through comparative analysis, it is determined that these key PSF exert a notable influence on the human factor reliability of power grid dispatching automation. To further affirm the importance of the key PSF presented in this paper, simulation experiments are conducted, revealing that optimizing these key PSF can markedly enhance the efficiency and security of power grid dispatching. In light of the prevalent issues associated with the key PSF, this paper proposes solutions and recommendations such as refining the dispatcher training mechanism and enhancing the information sharing mechanism of teams and groups, and validates the efficacy of these measures through case studies. This paper not only augments the theoretical framework of human function reliability in power grid dispatching automation but also offers practical management advice and measures for power enterprises. Future research endeavors will delve deeper into the quantitative analysis of PSF, explore novel research methodologies, and integrate interdisciplinary knowledge to provide a more holistic perspective for human factor reliability research.
