Research on suppressing single particle transient effect circuit of UC1825AL
The pulse width modulator UC1825AL is widely used on aerospace power supply, which is sensitive to single event. The pulse width modulator has no PWM in a short time when the single event effect occurs, resulting in voltage drop of the aerospace power supply. Firstly, the paper analyses the mechanism of voltage drop when single event effect occurs. Secondary, a new suppression circuit of single event effect based on UC1825AL is proposed. Then the working process and influence of the circuit are analyzed. Finally, the validity and reliability of the circuit are verified on an aerospace power supply.
