Bilateral antrochonal polyp in 30-year-old female: A rare case report
Bilateral antrochoanal polyps (ACPs) are exceptionally rare. This case report details a 30-year-old female patient who presented with bilateral nasal blockage persisting for 6 months. Diagnostic nasal endoscopy revealed polypoidal masses originating from both middle meatus, extending to the nasopharynx. A computed tomography scan of the paranasal sinuses confirmed bilateral ACPs. The patient underwent functional endoscopic sinus surgery for removal. Histopathological examination confirmed nasal polyps.
