Sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on model predictive current control
The traditional sliding mode observer (SMO) in the sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor has some problems such as high frequency buffeting. A novel improved SMO control strategy is proposed, which replaces the original SMO switch symbol function with hyperbolic tangent function. At the same time, in order to further optimize the buffeting problem, a high-order sliding mode control (FSTA) speed controller with a fast Super-Twisting algorithm was designed to replace the PI controller used in the speed loop in the traditional control system based on the high-order sliding mode control control strategy with a Super-Twisting algorithm. It also has the advantages of simple setting parameters. The current loop uses model prediction to control current, which can effectively suppress chattering and improve the robustness of the whole system. Finally, the traditional sensorless control system based on SMO is compared with the new strategy proposed in this paper through MATLAB/Simulink simulation. The strategy proposed in this paper can effectively suppress chattering and improve the robustness of the whole system.
