Research on the pathways for enhancing new power system services and their integration into new development paradigm
Building a new power system is crucial for advancing high-quality development and achieving "dual carbon" goals. It also plays a central role in aligning with the new development paradigm. To effectively support and integrate with this paradigm, the new power system must prioritize security, promote clean and low-carbon growth, enhance operational efficiency, and drive high-quality progress. This study begins by refining the coupling coordination model to quantitatively assess the developmental alignment between the new power system and the new development pattern. Then, based on evaluation results and curve fitting techniques, mathematical models are derived to inform strategies for modern power system development. Key pathways identified include accelerating renewable energy adoption, advancing energy storage technologies, and innovating smart grid systems—each essential to achieving carbon neutrality and enhancing energy security. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of market-driven strategies and collaborative frameworks in driving these advancements.
