Research on standard system of hydrogen quality control for PEMFC
The source of hydrogen is complex, however, a small amount of impurities in hydrogen may also cause irreversible damage to the fuel cell system, reducing the performance and life. Hydrogen quality of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) has an important influence on the hydrogen application in the field of transportation. The domestic and foreign hydrogen quality standards for fuel cells have strict requirements on the various impurity constituents in hydrogen. China's existing national hydrogen quality standards for fuel cells are basically in sync with international standards, but impurity component detection methods and hydrogen quality control standards are still lacking. In this paper, the framework of hydrogen quality control standard system for fuel cells is constructed, which is divided into 5 sub-systems and 16 technical standard fields. The development directions of hydrogen quality control standard system for fuel cell are also put forward.
