Research on application scenario design technology for newly aerospace power supply components based on mission profiles

Aerospace power supply systems are crucial to the functioning of spacecraft, providing the core energy required for their operations. The design of application scenarios for components in aerospace power supplies plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and performance of these systems in complex space environments, which directly impacts the safe and stable operation of spacecraft. However, there is a lack of systematic methodologies for designing such application scenarios. This paper proposes a framework for aerospace power supply application scenario design, based on the mission profiles of components. The design process should ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and broad coverage of the application scenarios for newly developed devices, addressing various critical factors: dynamic mission requirements, inter-device performance interaction, mechanical and thermal characteristics, anti-hazardous design needs, safety-critical reliability, and performance under harsh environmental conditions. Comprehensive verification is essential to meet these multifaceted demands. This work aims to enhance the reliability and stability of aerospace power supply systems through rational application scenario design, improving system performance across all mission phases. The paper discusses the key characteristics and requirements of aerospace power supply systems in different mission stages, and presents techniques and methods for designing application scenarios for newly developed components to support the stable operation of these systems in challenging aerospace environments.
