Study on carbon emission reduction accounting and optimization for residential electricity consumption
This paper employs a baseline accounting method for residential electricity carbon emission reduction. By constructing a boundary, scope, computational method, and scalable logic using the metering data of power supply areas for residential buildings, it establishes a baseline for calculation. It explores an optimization mechanism that adapts to low-carbon electricity consumption for residents, accelerating the transformation toward low-carbon electricity consumption behaviour. The research aims to achieve peak shaving, valley filling, and the integration of renewable energy into power consumption.
