Sensorless control of PMSM based on super-twisting algorithm
At present, in order to realize the high performance control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the position sensor is usually used to obtain the motor speed, but it is prone to failure and expensive. To solve the above problems, a sensorless PMSM algorithm based on model reference adaptive system is proposed. The traditional MRAS is based on PI controller, which can realize the estimation of the motor speed by detecting the voltage and current signals. In order to improve the dynamic performance and robustness of MRAS-based control system, a new MRAS based on super-twisting algorithm is proposed. STA adaptive mechanism is introduced to replace PI controller. Finally, simulation and experimental verification are carried out in simulation software and experimental platform respectively. The relevant results show that compared with traditional MRAS, the control effect of improved STA-MRAS is improved in speed comparison and load disturbance conditions.
