A satellite battery charging regulator based on superbuck topology coupled inductance
Introducing a prototype satellite battery charging regulator (BCR) that uses a Superbuck topology with coupled inductance. The Superbuck topology's working process and coupling inductance have been studied to develop a more stable battery charging system. To further enhance stability, a PI regulator has been added to the BCR. The experiment results show that the BCR has smaller current fluctuations, higher efficiency, and lower temperature rise.
