Optimization scheduling of integrated energy systems based on improved distributed proximal policy gradient
The integrated energy system can promote the coordination and complementarity between different types of energy sources, and can effectively improve the level of renewable energy consumption, but the renewable energy sources and load output in the system are often uncertain, making the integrated energy system scheduling problem much more difficult. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a comprehensive energy system optimization scheduling strategy based on improved distributed near-end strategy gradient. Firstly, the basic principle of distributed proximal policy gradient is explained; secondly, the optimized scheduling model of integrated energy system based on improved distributed proximal policy gradient is proposed, and the state space, action space and reward function are designed; then, the optimized model solution process based on improved distributed proximal policy gradient (DPPO) algorithm is designed, and finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is finally verified by simulation columns.
