Stability analysis of doubly-fed induction generator under direct voltage virtual synchronous generator control
Considering that the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) unit is prone to sub-synchronous oscillation accidents when connected to the grid through a series-compensated line, which threatens the safety and stable operation of the system. This paper firstly establishes the state-space model of the DFIG under direct voltage virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control, then uses eigenvalue analysis method to study the sub-synchronous oscillation problem of the DFIG unit under direct voltage VSG control in the case of series compensation, A simulation model is built and the correctness of the analysis results is verified.
